Commercial
Dance Studies Program is First of Its Kind
George Brown Dance is offering a
new three-semester certificate program in Commercial Dance Studies.
It is the first college level, certified program in Canada offering
training for dancers in the commercial field. The program is designed for students with training
in contemporary dance forms, specifically jazz, hip hop
and musical theatre. Commercial
Dance Studies will prepare dancers for a careers in
film, television, music videos and touring, musical theatre,
cruise ship and resort
entertainment, and industrial productions. [Read
