The New Year is here!  Get back in the habit and join the Walking Program

In order to kick off 2010 we are organizing a Groundhog Day Discovery Walk and Scavenger Hunt.  It will take place on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at our usual time of 12:00 pm, meeting at room B101, Casa Loma.  So if your New Year's Resolution was to start exercising more, come out and walk with us and get your dose of Vitamin D.  We will be providing hot chocolate and snacks as well as great winter walking tips.  See you there!

Prior to each walk, participants will have the opportunity to learn about walking related health and wellness topics. Snacks will be provided. The walking routes will be planned in advance and are close to campus. Each participant will receive a log book, pedometer and a hygiene kit for after the walks. All Participants will have the chance to win a fabulous HEALTH PACKAGE!
