Closed Captioning (CC) The Closed Captioning icon at the beginning of a link indicates that captions (a transcript of dialogue and other sounds) are displayed on GBC streaming video files.
Open Captioning (OC) The Open Captioning icon indicates that the text displayed in the video files is always in view and cannot be turned off (the captions are an actual part of the video stream).
