Bachelor of Science in Nursing (S118)
Spend your first two years of training at George Brown and then the final two at Ryerson University. This is a fully collaborative nursing degree program.
Personal Support Worker (C112)
Learn to care for the frail, elderly, chronically ill, people with disabilities and others with long-term needs through this two-semester program.
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Pathway to Practical Nursing (S119)
If you are already a personal support worker, you can get a head start on entering the Practical Nursing Program with this 224-hour program that teaches you the basics of such topics of anatomy, math and health and wellness.
Practical Nursing (S121)
In two years you will be qualified to write the Registered Practical Nursing exam leading to work as a practical nurse in Ontario.
R.P.N. Bridge to B.Sc.N. Program (S122)
The RPN Bridge Program at George Brown College prepares Registered Practical Nurses who have graduated from a two year diploma program in Ontario with the knowledge and skills to enter the post-bridge Nursing Degree program offered on site at George Brown College through Trent University.
Pre-Health Science (A102)
This one-year program will prepare you to enter post-secondary programs in the health sciences.
Registered Nurse – Critical Care Nursing (Postgraduate S402)
This certificate program will prepare you, as a Registered Nurse, to care for critically ill patients and their families
Registered Nurse – Critical Care Nursing Online Delivery (S422)
This certificate program will prepare you as a Registered Nurse, to care for critically ill patients and their families. Classes can take place on campus or online.
Registered Nurse – Operating Room Perioperative Nursing (Postgraduate S414)
Through two unique phases of theory and clinical practice, this one semester program prepares you as a Registered Nurse to work as an operating room nurse
Registered Nurse – Operating Room Perioperative Nursing Online Delivery (S424)
With theory and clinical practice done at the same time and with much of the classroom work done online, you will be prepared to work as an operating room nurse.
Registered Nurse – Perinatal Intensive Care Nursing (Postgraduate S404)
This certificate will prepare you to care for critically ill newborns and their families in an intensive care setting.
NEW Family Practice Nursing (S415)
This intensive two-semester Registered Nurse – Family Practice Nursing program prepares
the Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families across the lifespan within family health team primary
care contexts and settings.
NEW Interprofessional Acute Care Paediatric Cardiology Certificate (S416)
The Interprofessional Paediatric Acute Care Cardiology Certificate is a two semester program designed to provide registered health care professionals with the knowledge, skills and competencies to care for the child and family with congenital and acquired heart disease across the lifespan.
