An opportunity for GBC students in the Centre for Construction & Engineering Technologies (CCET) to learn more about careers in the technology industry by meeting directly with the employers who have hired our students in the past.

Employer Exhibitor registration for the 2012 Career Fair is now closed.  Please contact Carlo Siochi at csiochi@georgebrown.ca to discuss other opportunities to connect with our students.

What is the difference between Career Fair and Job Fair?

A Career Fair is an opportunity for students to network with employers and learn about career opportunities that may be available to you upon graduation. In addition, many of the employers in attendance are currently recruiting for co-op positions, internships and permanent or contract positions either immediately or after graduation. At a Job Fair, organizations have job opportunities available at the time of the Fair or within six months following the Fair. Job Fairs can encompass employers hiring for summer, co-op, full-time, part-time, and permanent or contract positions.
